Ms. Danielle Holder BA (Hons.), MA
Danielle joined PVH Consultants Ltd. in November 2013 as the Company’s Human Resources Manager.
Along with a passion for Human Resource Management, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) degree in Psychology with a Minor in Spanish from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill in 2008, in addition to a Specialist Master of Arts (with Merit) in Industrial Relations and Managing Human Resources from Warwick Business School at the University of Warwick, Coventry, United Kingdom in 2012.
Danielle was previously employed as an Editorial Executive at a local media house; a position which honed her skills as a writer and editor, and helped her to develop an eye for detail. Upon completion of her Masters, she was subsequently trained in some of the key, practical aspects of HR Management in order to offer administrative support to that organization’s Human Resources Manager when needed; a learning opportunity which she fully embraced.
She enjoys making a meaningful contribution to the formalization and harmonization of human resource policies and practices across the PVH group of companies, through her continuous acquisition of practical experience, and enjoys offering sound guidance and advice to employees and managers at all levels with the various organizations.
Her professional interests include public and private sector labour relations; recruitment; employee motivation; employment law; and policy development.
