Warrens Healthcare Complex

The Warrens Healthcare Complex project is a two-storey medical facility in Warrens, St. Michael, one of the main commercial hubs in Barbados. The project was a joint venture among The Connell Clinics, Diagnostic Radiology Services Group, and Medical Associates Warrens Inc; who are also the main tenants of the Complex. The project commenced in 2009 and was completed in 2011. It is valued at BDS$6 million.

PVH Consultants Ltd manages the building and is also a tenant.

White Sands (Townhouses)

This project involved the construction of twelve (12) luxury beach-front townhouse apartments in historic Speightown. The project commenced in 2004 and was completed in 2006 at a value of BDS$9 million. The apartments were sold to British expatriates and are presently marketed and managed by West Coast Villas/Sotheby’s International Realty.

The Falls (Townhouses & Villas)

Located on the prestigious Sandy Lane Estate, The Falls comprises fifteen (15) luxury townhouses and five (5) villas. Construction began in 2005 and was completed in 2007 at a value of BDS$20 million. The property is managed and sold by West Coast Villas/Sotheby’s International Realty.

Warrens Tower Inc.

Warrens Tower was a joint venture project between JADA Construction Ltd and the principal shareholders of CGI Consumers’ Guarantee Insurance Co. Ltd to build a seven-storey office building in Warrens, St. Michael. The project commenced in 2003 and was completed in 2005 at a value of BDS$15 million. The building is fully tenanted and is managed by Terra Caribbean.

CGI’s Head Office is located within the building.
